- 🔍 Review your entries in the preview before submission. You can edit if needed.
- 🖼️ Image format: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png (max size: 500 KB).
- 🖼️ Signature format: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png (max size: 500 KB).
- 🖼️ Aadhaar format: PDF (max size: 1 MB).
- 🖼️ Birth Certificate format: PDF (max size: 1 MB).
- 📋 After submission, note your form number (also emailed to you).
- 📥 Download the PDF form and keep it for future reference.
📄 After Form Submission
- 🖨️ Print the PDF form.
- ✍️ Sign the form (applicant and guardian).
- 📂 Bring the form and required documents on the admission day.
⚠️ No Multiple Forms
Submitting multiple forms for the same student is strictly prohibited. Double-check all information before submission. 🔍
