Form Submission Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to complete your application
Only Two Simple Steps
The whole procedure is divided into two steps. First step is for entering information and second step is for uploading picture of the candidate.
Preview & Edit
After entering information of the candidate, a preview will be shown. You can edit that from there if there is any wrong entry before final submission.
Image Upload Requirements
Image should have the format only .jpg, .jpeg or .png and should have size less than 500 KB.
Form Number
On successful submission, a form number will be generated. Please save this number for future reference. This will also be sent to your registered mobile number and email address (check spam folder if not received).
Download the Form
After successful submission, you can download the generated PDF form. Within the application period, you can download your form anytime using your form number and date of birth.
Print and Submit
After printing the form, both guardian and candidate must sign it. Bring this printed form along with all relevant original and photocopied documents on admission day.
