Guidelines for filling up Online Application Form
- The whole procedure is divided into two steps.
- First step is for entering information and second steps is for uploading picture of the candidate.
- After entering information of the candidate, a preview will be shown. You can edit from there if there is any wrong entry.
- Image should have the format only.jpg or .jpeg or .png
- Image should have size less than 200 kb.
- On successful submission, a form number. will be given. Please write down this form number for future reference. This form number will also be e-mailed to your entered valid email address. If it is not in the inbox in your email then please check it in spam folder.
- After successful submission, you will be prompted to download the generated pdf form.
- Within valid time period, you can download your form at any time with your form number and date of birth.
After form fill up
- Please take printout of the pdf.
- Applicant and guardian should sign in the appropriate place in the form.
- Candidates do not have to submit the printed out form to the school. It is only required on the day of admission.
- Bring this application form with relevant documents on the day of admission.
No Multiple forms
Applying multiple times for same student is strictly prohibited. Please RE CHECK the entered information before submitting form. Same student cannot apply second time after successfully submitting his or her form.
Important information
Starting date of online form fill up: 02-12-2024
Closing date of online form fill up: 16-12-2024
Student date of birth should be in between 01-01-2013 and 31-12-2013
Needs to be uploaded : Photo, Aadhaar (PDF) and Birth Certificate (PDF)

Any wrong information entered by the candidate may lead to the cancellation of the form.
